Mountain States Legal Foundation’s (MSLF) mission is to protect and restore those rights enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America through pro bono litigation. We protect individual liberty, the right to own and use property, the principles of limited and ethical government, and the benefits of the free enterprise system.

As the only non-profit legal foundation in the country working to protect the Mountain West way of life, MSLF has been a leader in the liberty movement for more than 44 years. The importance of our work cannot be overstated. From coast to coast, America faces ongoing threats to personal freedoms due to extreme progressive policies. We are holding on to the last speck of rugged individualism and fierce independence. We must do all we can to protect it.
