Matt is a long-time political consultant and fundraiser, having served several national non-profit organizations as major gifts officer, director of development, executive director, and vice president. Upon learning the tools of the trade, Matt opened his own ad agency called F Street Partners. Today, F Street Partners specializes in copywriting, direct response mail, email, texting, outdoor media, and major gift development and consulting.

In 2021, F Street raised over $25 million for its clients--but in an age of censorship and attacks from Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Government-- it is becoming increasingly harder to raise funds. Matt will share the 5 secrets of success to push back and stand out.

Waters received his bachelor’s in Politics and Government from George Mason University and his Masters in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary. Matt's final thesis, "Towards A New Liberty: Protecting and Promoting Liberty is the Way Forward," critiqued the takeover of the formerly Protestant conservative movement by Roman Catholics and the negative impact that had upon the ideas of Classical Liberalism. F Street Partners is located in Washington, D.C., and Matt, his wife Anne Marie, and their five-homeschooled children live in Virginia.
